SETC, a sister concern of TNSTC operates bus schedule from Vellore to Trivandrum and Trivandrum to Vellore on a day to day basis. It’s the only service from Trivandrum and Kerala state road transport corporation does not operate the services to Vellore.
The sector is operated with a Ultra Deluxe Coach build on Ashok Leyland Chassis, Air Suspension and Pushback seats for better comfort of passengers. The passengers can board their bus from Vellore New Bus Stand from Vellore and Kerala State Road Transport Corporation bus terminal at Thampanoor from Trivandrum.
The bus schedule passes through bus stands of Marthandam, Nagercoil, Valliyoor, TIrunelveli, Tiruvannamalai during the journey from Trivandrum.
