Ashok Leyland Prototype on Multi Axle Chassis was found on trial run on the highways of Vellore. The outer look of the bus chassis is 14.5 metre and expected to be of 34 premium berths.
The photo was clicked by MK bro in the outskirts of Vellore. The bus can be found with stickers on test with temp register number.
The bus looks like to be made in Prakash Capella model in prototype chassis.
Ashok Leyland is major heavy vehicles manufacturer with high market share, the heavy vehicles manufactured by ashok Leyland is used by all the RTCs from India. Ashok Leyland have majority of share in the TNSTC and SETC on basis of heavy vehicle.
At present, no manufacturer in India have launched the Multi axle bus services.
