SETC have launched AC Conditioned Seater bus service from Mysuru to Chennai via Bangalore. The route no. for the service is tagged as 863 AC. The bus used to service the route is an air conditioned coach built SMK Prakash in Vega model.
The feature of the service are AC vents, mobile charging usb ports, reading lights, water bottle holder, paper holder and pushback seats. The AC bus is also equipped with air suspension chassis for additional travel comfort for the passengers.

The bus will depart from Mysuru at 9.30 pm , reach Bengaluru at 1.00 am followed by Chennai CMBT at 7.30 am. The total travel time is 10 hours including break and distance covered during the journey is 501 kilometres.
The ticket fare for the service per passenger is fixed at Rs. 720 excluding reservation charges. The passengers can book ticket online in advance of 60 days from date of booking.
