State Express Transport Corporation have launched new bus service from Coimbatore to Chennai on daily basis. The new service is operated with Non AC Seater Cum Sleeper coach.
The coach is fitted with latest features such as reading lamps, mobile charging ports, pushback seats, sleeper berths, tilting glass, curtains and air suspension chassis.

The service from Coimbatore will start at 8.30 pm and reach Chennai at 8.00 am in the morning.
The bus service is route tagged as 460NS with trip code 2030COICHENS. The bus covers a distance of 510 kilometres in 9 hours.
The passengers can book the tickets upto 60 days in advance from date of travel.
The ticket fare for the service in seater is 510 and sleeper is 845 excluding the reservation charges.
