TNSTC preferred partner is Ashok Leyland , for a change now Tata chassis are been inducted for coach manufacturing and available at Royal Coach Karur. The photos were taken by Riji Vijayan And Riji Vijayan has spotted 17 Chassis at the yard.
As the coaches are with leaf suspension, we expect that these coaches will be used for general Mofussil services rather than in premium category such as Ordinary Non Stop Express.
The coaches will be manufactured as per the latest ARAI AIS 052 model and will be delivered to TNSTC for further operations.
