Central Government Lifts Ban On Night Travel For Bus Services, Will SETC Resume Bus Services

The Central Government have revised the ban on night travel between 9pm to 5 am. Now as per latest circular, the buses can operate between 9pm to 5am on daily basis with consultation of state government.

As per the circular, the passengers shouldn’t be stranded in Railway Stations and Bus Stands. The passengers should be let post the COVID19 checks ordered by state government.

Whether the SETC bus services will be resumed as the central government has lifted the night travel ban, state government is yet to inform about the operational status of SETC.

At present, SETC buses are operated based upon the state government orders to take the passengers arriving from foreign and other states.
