State Express Transport Corporation has announced the Launch of new bus service from Chennai Avadi to Tiruchendur via Ambattur, Thirumangalam, Maduravoyal Erikkarai Bus Stop, Tambaram, Perungalathur, Madurai Mattuthavani Bus Stand, Thoothukudi (Tuticorin).
The bus service will depart everyday evening from Chennai Avadi Bus Stand at 4:30 PM and arrive in Tiruchendur next day morning at 8:15 AM. The total distance covered by the bus service is 630 Kilometers in 16 hours and 45 Minutes.
The return bus service will depart from Tiruchendur at 5:00 PM and arrive in Chennai Avadi at 8:45 AM. The passengers traveling to Avadi from Thoothukudi and Madurai can also book the bus service.
The total fare for the bus service is fixed at Rupees 660 for seater, Rs.1025 for sleeper. excluding the reservation charges. The route designated for the service is 191 ANS.
If you are traveling via new fleet allocated, you will be having additional amenities of PD charging, USB charging, Fans in Sleeper Berths, Screens for Privacy. The fleet used for the service is latest with air suspension chassis for additional travel comfort on the road.
