State Express Transport Corporation operates daily bus services from Chennai Kilambakam to Erode via Guduvanchery SRM Maraimalai Nagar Bus Stop Mahindra City Chengalpattu Toll Chengalpattu Bypass Tindivanam Melmaruvathur Bus Stop.
SETC’s has added one more bus service to increase passenger traffic via government buses. SETC’s government buses are known for Good Safe and Comfort travel. SETC’s has recently inducted 20 Volvo Buses for intercity bus service.
The bus service between Chennai Kilambakam KCBT to Erode is to be operated with one more coach of Volvo Multiaxle Semi Sleeper Coach 9600 B8R.
The bus service will depart every day evening at 9:30 PM and arrive next day morning at 4:30 AM. The total drive between destinations is 7 hours. The fare for the bus service is fixed at rupees 650 excluding reservation charges.
