TNSTC (Tamilnadu State Road Transport Corporation) operates bus services from Chennai to Salem via Vellore, Arur. The bus schedule starts its operations from CMBT (Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus) and have stop at Perungalathur in Chennai.

- 7:05 AM
- 6:15 PM
- 9:00 PM
- 10:00 PM
At present 5 services is operated to destination via Vellore and Arur. The passengers can board their bus at Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus at Koyambedu.
