SETC operates daily bus services from Coimbatore to Chennai via Avinashi, Salem, Kallakurichi, Villupuram, Tindivanam, Chengalpattu. SETC has newly introduced Volvo Multiaxle 9600 Semi Sleeper bus services from Coimbatore to Chennai and Coimbatore to Bangalore.
The bus service will depart from Coimbatore everyday evening at 8:00 PM and arrive next day morning at 5:00 am, the time taken to cover the distance is 10 hours, time and distance may vary depending upon the road and traffic conditions enroute the destinations.
The bus used for the service has amenities such as pushback seats, reading lamps, air-conditioned vents, window curtains and mobile charging ports. The route number designated for the service is 460MS, MS Stands for Multi Axle Seater.
The fare for the service is fixed at rupees 826 excluding the reservation charges, the fare is per adult passenger.
