SETC the premium transport corporation of Tamil Nadu government have introduced new class of bus service from Kanyakumari to Vellore. The bus service is operated with AC Seater Cum Sleeper Coach manufactured by MG Coach in Ashok Leyland Chassis.
The bus coach used for the service have additional features such as Mobile charging ports, reading lamp, air conditioned vents and push back seats for seater also sleeper bed for berths.

The fare for the seater is fixed at Rs. 890 and fare for the sleeper service is fixed at Rs. 1505.
The journey from Kanyakumari to Vellore is 15 hours 25 minutes and may vary due to traffic plus road conditions.
