Karnataka Road Transport Corporation have announced the launch of Bangalore to Chennai Volvo B11R Ambaari Dream Class Premium Sleeper Service. The schedule will be operated from Shanti Nagar Bus Stand in Bangalore at 2.04 pm with boarding points in St John Hospital at 2.20 pm, Electronic City at 2.30 pm and Hosur at 2.40 pm ( Opp Hosur Bus Stand).
The service will arrive in Chennai at 9.00 pm from Bengaluru. The total travel time for distance is only 7 hours, may vary due to traffic conditions.
The Volvo B11R is equipped to transport 40 passengers and fare fixed is only Rs.704, return service for the service is at 11.20 pm from Chennai to Bengaluru.
As per the site updation, service is to commence from 14th Feb 2020. Whether it’s a silent inauguration, is yet to be confirmed.
