The bus is build in Ashok Leyland livery. The bus belongs to Kumbakonam branch of SETC operating to Chennai and Chennai to Kumbakonam.

SETC, the state owned transport corporation of Tamilnadu operates buses between Tanjore and Chennai. The bus operated by SETC are of two variants is AC and Non AC. The AC and Non AC coaches are made in Ashok Leyland Livery with semi sleeper and air suspension features.

The route taken by Tanjore to Chennai buses are via Kumbakonam, Vadalur and Tindivanam. The photo of the bus is taken during our recent photoshoot at Chennai CMBT. The below bus in photo is Non AC variant  with air suspension and semi sleeper features.
