SETC, the premium transport company of government of tamilnadu have announced the launch of Non AC Ultra Deluxe Bus Service from Tirupathi to Dindigul on daily basis. The schedule is operated on daily basis from Tirupathi and Dindigul, the route number designated for the service is 856UD with trip code 1900TIPDIN.
The schedule will depart from Tirupathi at 7 pm and arrive at Dindigul at 5 am next day morning, the schedule have additional pick up point at 10 pm in Vellore and dropping points at 02.00 am in salem, 4.15 am in karur. The schedule covers a distance of 493 kilometers at 10 hours with an average speed of 50km/hr, the distance and journey time will vary due to road conditions enroute to destination.

The fare per passenger excluding the reservation charges is Rs.535 in weekdays and weekends. The passenger can book the tickets 60 days in advance from the date of booking.
The coach use for the schedule is a non air conditioned coach with push back seat and air suspension chassis, the coach have additional passenger friendly option such as tilting windows, reading lamp, mobile charging ports,common tv, water bottle holder and miscellaneous stand.
