TNSTC have launched new services with economic air conditioned coaches from Bengaluru to Thiruvanamalai on daily basis. The schedule is operated with newly inducted fleet of EAC.
What is EAC ?
EAC is economic air conditioned coach with seater seating facility. The seating arrangement of EAC is different from AC coaches of SETC. EAC have seating facility of 3*2.
EAC coaches as per sources are build in leaf suspension chassis. The coaches are manufactured in Karur Private Bus Body Manufacturers.
The timing from Bengaluru to Thiruvanamalai is mentioned below from morning to evening format.
- 5.10 am
- 7.40 am
- 11.30 am
- 2.05 pm
- 8.15 pm
- 11.00 pm
The fare from Bengaluru to Thiruvanamalai is fixed at Rs.260 per passenger.
The features of the service is economic fare, mobile charging usb ports, reading lamps, emergency blue light, curtains for Windows, air conditioning control vents.
At present the service is not available for online booking sites.
