The incident occured on January 12, as part of ongoing traffic congestion the district collector of Vellore has ordered no passengers or stoppages allowed in green circle.
The cases were booked by traffic police as the stoppages was done in fact no stoppage in place.
The cases were booked for the drivers stopped at Green Circle from 10 am to 11 am, 12 Tnstc drivers were booked for not following collector orders.
