SETC Government have announced the launch of brand new service from Chennai To Kozhikode and Kozhikode to Chennai on daily basis. The new service is operated with non AC Seater cum Sleeper service, the bus service will pass through Coimbatore, Palakkad, Malappuram.
The new SETC non AC Seater cum sleeper bus coaches are manufactured by SMK prakash in Vega model on Ashok Leyland Chassis. The passengers have additional amenities such as Reading lamps, mobile charging ports and tilting windows with curtains. The Seater passengers are provided with pushback seats and sleeper berth passengers with standard mattresses.
