SETC have announced the launch of new SETC AC sleeper services between Chennai and Mysore on a daily basis. The service is scheduled to operate from Chennai CMBT to Mysore via Bangalore, the fleet used for the service is newly inducted AC sleeper buses made in Ashok Leyland Chassis by Prakash (Model: VEGA).
The passengers can book their ticket well in advance of 30 days prior to date of travelling, the schedule is operated with trip code 2100CHEMYSAS and route number 863 AS designated by SETC officials.
The schedule will start at 9:00 PM from Chennai CMBT with dropping point and pick up point at Bangalore at 5:00 am (Shanti Nagar BS) with additional dropping points at Ram Nagar at 6:00 AM, Chennapatna at 6:30 AM, Madur 6:45 am, Mandiya 7:00 am, Srirangapattinam 7:30 am and Mysore 8:00 AM Next Day Morning.
The fare for the service is fixed at Rs. 995 / per passenger / per berth excluding the reservation charges.
