Kochi Metro Rail Limited and Cochin International Airport Limited has launched Pavan Doot Electric bus services. The bus service is launched as part of connecting CIAL nedumbassery and Aluva Metro Station.
The new bus service is a feeder service connected by 2 electric buses. The feeder service will help the passengers traveling to airport via metro.
At present Kochi Metro is operational from Aluva to Thykoodam, will be extended till pettah by April ’20. The feeder service was inaugurated by CIAL MD Shri. VJ Kurian IAS, and KMRL MD Shri. Alkesh Kumar Sharma IAS.
The fully air conditioned coach is operated daily with a gap of 40 minutes and fare is Rs.50 per passenger.
The service is operational from 5.00 am to 11.10 PM every 40 minutes once from Aluva Metro Station.
