SETC government operates premium services from Kozhikode to Chennai. The service is recently launched with great fanfare with public, Service is operated non AC Seater cum Sleeper service. The schedule will pass through Malappuram , Palakkad and Coimbatore to reach Chennai.
The new SETC non AC Seater cum sleeper bus coaches are manufactured by SMK prakash in Vega model on Ashok Leyland Chassis. The passengers have additional amenities such as Reading lamps, mobile charging ports and tilting windows with curtains. The Seater passengers are provided with pushback seats and sleeper berth passengers with standard mattresses.

The bus service is expected have a dinner break at Palakkad to Coimbatore highways. The schedule will reach Chennai by 7.00 am next day morning.
