The service departs from Gandhipuram Bus Stand in Coimbatore at 7:45 PM, arriving in Pondicherry the next morning at 4:45 AM. Additional boarding points in Coimbatore include:
- Hope College: 8:00 PM
- Avinashi: 8:30 PM
The route, designated as 839AB, covers a distance of 388 kilometers in approximately 9 hours. Enroute, the bus makes stoppages at Virudhachalam, Mandharakuppam, Neyveli, and Cuddalore.
