State Express Transport Corporation, the premium bus service provider of Tamilnadu have announced the launch of Udangudi to Coimbatore via Tiruchendur Tuticorin. The bus service is scheduled to operate from Udangudi and Coimbatore by Coimbatore DIVISION of S.E.T.C.
The route number for the service is 632 UD (Ultra Deluxe) with trip code 1720UDACOI. The vehicle used for the schedule is an Ultra Deluxe Coach made in Ashok Leyland chassis with pushback seats and air suspension axles for added comfort.
The passengers can board the bus from Udangudi Bus Stand at 5:20 PM with dropping points allocated in Tiruchendur – 6 pm, Kayalpattinam – 6:10 pm, Arumuganeri – 6:20 pm, Athur (TNV) – 6:30 pm and Tuticorin 7:15 pm. The bus will reach the destination scheduled on next day morning at 3:20 am in Gandhipuram S.E.T.C bus stand.
