State Express Transport Corporation operates Premium Non AC, AC and AC Sleeper Cum Seater Bus Service in Tamilnadu and Neighbouring States Of Kerala, Pondicherry, Telegana, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. SETC as per the latest inter state agreement is operating bus services between Madurai and Guruvayur.
Madurai and Guruvayur are famous for its temples, the service will help pilgrims traveling to pilgrimage centres in both states. The service helps the passengers or pilgrims traveling to Pollachi and Thrissur.
The service is a hit among the users of public transport and general public. The service is available for reservation from both sides on a daily basis. The passengers can also book the tickets 30 days in advance of Travel.
The bus scheduled to operate in the route is Manual Build Coach in Ashok Leyland Chassis. The coach manufactured will be a Non AC Variant with Push Back Seater and Air Suspension based technology for added travel comfort.
The fare for the service is 328 excluding the reservation charges.
