Recently we have published the updates of Chennai MTC revamping its operations effective 4th May 20 which have extended till further notice.
Chennai Metropolitan Transport Corporation is One of India‘s largest public transport corporation under Government of Tamilnadu. Chennai MTC uses bus chassis of Ashok Leyland and Tata, body of the bus is build by private body building units.
Previously Chennai MTC uses Volvo buses for day to day operations in city limits which is now scrapped due to old and high maintenance costs.
