Karnataka RTC to Start Bus Services From Coimbatore to Bangalore and Mysore

There are chances of interstate bus services to be resumed from Coimbatore to Bangalore and Mysore by Karnataka RTC from September 21st 2020, as per an exclusive article published in Simplicity Coimbatore.

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation operates daily services from Coimbatore to various cities and towns in Karnataka. The services operated by ksrtc includes both AC and Non AC class before the covid19 lockdown in the country.

KSRTC has experience in operating bus service during covid19 pandemic, recently ksrtc has operated bus services between Kerala and Karnataka for onam festival.

At present, the Karnataka government doesn’t require any epass to enter the Karnataka state as well as for departing the state. Karnataka abolishing the electronic pass system is welcomed by all travelling to Karnataka for personal and business purpose.

Tamilnadu Government has stopped the process for granting epass for intrastate travel but pass is mandatory for passengers travelling from outside the state. The Tamilnadu government doesn’t allow to enter without a valid consent shown to officials at the check post.

Karnataka SRTC is appreciated by the public for operating bus services with strict COVID 19 safety guidelines. The Karntaka RTC allows only 1 passenger per seat during the pandemic applicable for all the class of services including the sleeper class.

The passengers are requested to follow the SOP drivers and conductor en route the journey. The passenger required to follow security guidelines, passengers are required to carry masks and sanitizers. The passengers are recommended to carry additional marks for a safer journey.

For booking the bus services passengers can visit www.ksrtc.in, kindly note for ac services passengers required to bring their own blankets. No water bottles or snacks will not be provided through the journey by Ksrtc. It is better to carry all necessary items in hand and have dried rations during the travel.

Tamilnadu Government has announced the bus services operated through Inter-State will able to resume post-reduction in coronavirus spread.

Officials of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation in Coimbatore said, “When buses are allowed to travel from Tamil Nadu to other states, buses will be operated from Coimbatore to areas including Mysore and Bangalore.
