Tamilnadu State Road Transport Corporation have resumed the operation of Buses for Public effective 1st June 20. In one of the instance when the normalcy returned a TNSTC bus was pelted with stones by a person with abnormal mental health.
As per initial reports there was no causalities reported but the entire windshield front glass for the bus is damaged making the operation of bus schedule to be halted. The bus services were resumed today with 50% of bus in road and seating capacity of 60% are allowed to board.
TNSTC Officials have rushed to the spot following the stone pelting incidents, TNSTC officials informed all the relevant authorities and proceeded as per SOP.
