SETC has introduced Special Bus Services to Sabarimala from Pondicherry via Cuddalore, Kurinjipadi, Neyveli, Mandharakuppam, Virudachalam.

The bus service scheduled to operate will be operating via Cuddalore, Kurinjipadi, Neyveli, Mandharakuppam, Virudachalam.
The bus service will depart Pondicherry at 6:00 PM and arrive in Pamba Nilakkal Sabarimala the next day morning at 7:00 am. The bus service has additional boarding points in Cuddalore at 6:40 pm, Kurinjipadi at 7:30 PM, Neyveli at 7:45 pm, Mandharakuppam at 8:00 pm, Virudachalam at 8:15 pm.
The fare for the bus service from Pondicherry to Sabarimala Pamba Nilakkal is fixed at Rs. 895 excluding the reservation charges.
The SETC is now operating two bus services from Pondicherry to Sabarimala Pamba Nilakkal at 5:10 PM and 6:00 PM. The schedule is cover a distance of 608 kilometers in 13 hours excluding the reservation charges en route to the destination.

The worst service.. the fare paid 1000 rs for special but as usual local town bus.. not possible to see “Nei abizhehan” .. drivers are not friendly and no responsibility for timing. Overl all result-TNSTC need more development learning is required from private transportation for time management.
