SETC government operates daily bus services from Rameswaram to Coimbatore. The present fleet of ultra deluxe non AC coaches are upgraded to non AC Seater cum sleeper class of service.
The new bus operated on the route have amenities such as reading lamps, mobile charging ports, pushback seats for Seater and standard mattress provided for Sleeper berths.

The bus service covers a distance of 402 kilometres in 11 hours 30 minutes, timing and distance may vary due to road and traffic conditions enroute to destination.
The fare for the service per passenger is Rs.402 excluding reservation charges for Seater and Rs. 625 for Sleeper class of service excluding reservation charges.
