SETC operates air conditioned bus service from Thanjavur to Chennai on daily basis. The bus service passes through Kumbakonam Tindivanam. The schedule is operated by Ashok Leyland Chassis and coach build by Prakash in Vega Model.
The schedule is fixed to operate from Thanjavur at 9 am and arrive Chennai at 4pm, during the journey passenger can board bus at Kumbakonam at 10 am.

The passenger can book the service online by visiting tnstc.in or visit nearest computerised ticket booking centre of SETC. the passengers can also book the services online at redbus.
The passengers can book the service upto 60 days in advance from date of booking.
