SETC, State Express Transport Corporation has announced the launch of special bus services from Chennai to Sabarimala Pampa, SETC has introduced Non-AC seater cum sleeper bus service for the Sabarimala Season from Chennai to Pampa. The bus service with sleeper berths will be a added travel comfort for senior citizens traveling for pilgrimage.
The special buses to Sabarimala Pampa will be operated from 18-Nov-2023 to 18-Jan-2024.
The bus service from Chennai will depart from Koyambedu CMBT to Pampa, enroute the destination there are additional boarding points in Chennai such as Rohini Theatre, Maduravoyal Erikkarai Bus Stand, Maduravoyal Toll, Perungalathur, Cresent College Vandallur, Urapakkam Bus Stand, Guduvancherry, SRM university, Maraimalai Nagar, Mahindra City, Chengalpattu Toll, Melmaruvathur, Tindivanam and Villupuram.

The bus service will depart from Koyambedu CMBT Chennai at 1:45 pm and arrive in Pamba next day morning at 5:45 am. The fare for the service is fixed at Rs.1140 for seater and 1540 for sleeper berth travel per passenger, excluding the reservation charges.
TNSTC, SETC and KSRTC operate Interstate Bus Services during the Pampa Sabarimala season from Chennai and various parts of Tamilnadu such as Coimbatore, Madurai, Palani, Villupuram, Trichy.
