SETC is operating daily bus service from Tiruvannamalai to Trivandrum with Non AC Seater Cum Sleeper Coach, the bus starting point is at Vellore and passes through Tiruvannamalai, the passengers are allotted with a boarding point at Tiruvannamalai Bus Stand.
The schedule will depart from Tiruvannamalai Bus Stand at 5:45 pm and arrive in Trivandrum the next day morning at 8:00 am, the schedule have additional dropping points at Madurai at 1:00 am, Tirunelveli at 4:45 am, Nagercoil at 6:15 am and Marthandam at 7:00 am.
