TNSTC Tests Contactless Payment Of Tickets Via Paytm

As the state government of Tamilnadu have resumed the public transportation effective from 1st June 20. Tamilnadu State Road Transport Corporation have initiated contactless payment option as trial basis in association with Paytm.

On first trial basis, TNSTC have contactless payment option with Paytm in two of its buses on 1st June 20. After the successful trial of contactless Payment option, department of Transport will decide in implementing in further buses.

பேருந்துகளில் Cashless Transaction முறை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

QR Code மூலமாக எந்தவொரு Cashless Transaction -ம் அனுமதிக்கப்படும்.

சோதனை முறையில் முதற்கட்டமாக 2 பேருந்துகளில் Paytm மூலம் Transaction செய்வதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. #TNGovt #TNTransport

The payment can be made with QR code presented by conductor to the passengers. The step can reduce the spread of COVID 19 pandemic.

The bus services for the day will begin at 6 am and end at 9 pm, there will be no public transportation from 9 pm to 6 am.
